How do I kick off my solar project?

Log in to Solo to build your proposal, apply for a loan, and generate your installation agreement for digital signature. Additional files that are required to submit a project to an installer (i.e. utility bill, photos of the meter/panel) can be uploaded in Solo in the customer record.


I’m not familiar with Solo – how do I get started?

Short training videos, along with webinar schedules hosted live by Solo, can be found on the left side navigation in Solo under “Help”. You can also find training on GreenLine’s “Get Started” page, and additional live support in the weekly mastermind calls.

My customer has signed the installation agreement – what’s next?

Download the proposal, signed installation agreement, along with the full utility bill (this should show the customer's name and address, along with the account number) and photos of the meter/panel to pm@greenline.network.

We will QA your submission and then submit to the selected installation company. We confirm when your submission is complete and provide a site survey date within 24-48 hours.


Who manages the project?

We manage your project alongside the installation partner of your choice. We'll update you when we receive updates from the installer (site survey schedules, installation dates, document requests, etc.), and we're always available for questions at pm@greenline.network. We aim to provide answers in the same business day, or by next day for after-hours questions.


How long does it take until installation?

We only work with proven installation partners. Installation timeframes will follow the average for the market you're in.


How does payroll work – and when will I be paid?

You will receive an automated email from our payroll provider (Rippling) after your first deal has been approved by the installation company. Each Installer will offer varying payment schedules. View our "Installer Information" link to view current pay schedules. GreenLine pays bi-weekly.

Please note that payments are issued after we receive funding from the installation company, meaning your first payment could come 2-3 weeks following submission.
